Improvement Apprenticeship for Team Leaders Course Overview

Strong frontline leadership is critical to organisational success. Team leaders and supervisors play a vital role in communicating expectations, managing performance, supporting employee development and maintaining productivity.

Following the withdrawal of funding for the Team Leader Level 3 apprenticeship, many organisations have been left without a direct route to develop new and aspiring managers.

This programme has been specifically designed by CQM in collaboration with our clients and partner networks to fill that gap, combining leadership capability with continuous improvement skills that enable learners to identify inefficiencies, solve problems and deliver measurable workplace results.

Delegates should be in a suitable role that enables them to apply the knowledge, skills and behaviours developed throughout the apprenticeship.

English and Maths Functional Skills Level 2 can be worked towards as part of the apprenticeship programme.
