Join us for our free discovery event exploring how improvement apprenticeships and focused Lean training can help people build practical improvement capability and apply it directly in the workplace.
This session brings together our Business Improvement Apprenticeships and wider Lean and Continuous Improvement training programmes, giving you a clear view of the different routes available and how they can support real performance improvement.
For organisations, it is an opportunity to understand how funded apprenticeships and targeted training can help develop problem-solving capability, strengthen continuous improvement activity and support measurable operational impact.
For individuals, it is a chance to explore what these programmes involve, the skills they help develop and how they can support confidence, progression and contribution at work.
We’ll introduce our Improvement Technician Level 3 and Improvement Specialist Level 5 apprenticeships, alongside our broader Lean and CI training portfolio, including Lean Awareness, RCA, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Changeover Reduction, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green and Black Belt training.
You’ll also gain insight into how our programmes are delivered, how learners are supported, and how improvement activity is linked to real workplace challenges realising significant cost savings and process efficiencies.
