CQM Training & Consultancy has joined the North West Aerospace Alliance, strengthening its commitment to supporting skills development, transformation and continuous improvement across the UK’s Aerospace and Defence sector.
The announcement comes at a pivotal time for the industry. While Aerospace and Defence organisations face significant challenges – including skills shortages, productivity pressures, supply chain resilience and increasing regulatory and quality demands – the sector is also seeing unprecedented opportunity and investment. Transformation, advanced manufacturing capability and workforce development are now critical enablers of long-term competitiveness.
CQM’s membership of the North West Aviation Alliance builds on its recent involvement in the SC21 programme and the Supply Chain Solutions Framework, further positioning the business to collaborate with Prime contractors, Tier 1 organisations and SMEs across the aerospace and defence supply chain.
