Meet the Apprentice: Iwona Zawodnik, Charlie Bingham’s – Food Technologist Level 3

We are delighted to share another fantastic success story as Iwona Zawodnik of Charlie Bingham’s has recently completed the Food Technologist Level 3 apprenticeship with us at CQM Training and Consultancy.

With over 10 years’ experience in the food industry, Iwona joined the programme to formalise her knowledge, build confidence in her technical role and gain a recognised qualification. Throughout the apprenticeship, she applied her learning in the workplace, strengthening her understanding of key food safety and quality principles while using structured improvement tools to support continuous improvement.

We caught up with Iwona to gain some insight into how she found the programme, discuss how she has applied her learning to her workplace and why the programme is worth considering from a learner perspective, but also for any Food and Drink Manufacturer looking at developing its key people.
