Meet the Apprentice: William Hufton, Junior Process Technologist- Food Technologist Level 3
We are delighted to highlight the success of William Hufton, a Food Technologist Level 3 graduate at Matthew Walker.

Working in an entry-level technical role with no formal training, William joined the programme to strengthen his knowledge, build his confidence and prove he was capable of more in his technical career. As a result, William progressed from an entry-level role to Junior Food Process Technologist during the programme, and within two years of completion moved into a Food Development Technologist position designing and creating products for major UK retailers.

We caught up with William to gain some insight into how he found the programme, how the support from his development coach helped him succeed, and the impact the apprenticeship has had on his confidence, career progression and future opportunities.
