NAW Taster Session: Managing Change & Leading Teams Through Transition

Tuesday 10th February from 11am to 12pm 

Change is constant, and in any workplace, the ability to adapt, lead and support others through transition is a key skill. 

This insightful taster session is open to learners and their line managers and will give you: 

  • A feel for our engaging, practical delivery approach
  • An insight into how to adapt your leadership approach to different people and situations
  • Practical ways to support yourself and others through change and uncertainty

Improvement Specialist Level 5 Apprenticeship Discovery Event

Wednesday 11th February from 11am to 12pm  

For organisations looking to strengthen their teams’ continuous improvement capability, the Improvement Specialist Level 5 Apprenticeship (IS5) is a powerful development pathway.

This discovery event is designed specifically for Operations and HR professionals who want to understand how the programme can:

  • Develop in-house improvement specialists
  • Support productivity, efficiency, and culture change
  • Align skills development with business priorities
