To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, CQM Training & Consultancy Ltd is offering a free one-hour virtual taster session.
This session will focus on managing change and leading teams through transition, supporting leaders and managers to develop the confidence and practical skills needed to guide people through periods of uncertainty. Attendees will gain insight into people-centred change leadership, effective engagement, and the approaches we use to build capability and drive sustainable improvement within organisations.
