Do I need prior experience before starting?
No prior experience is required for our Lean Sigma Six White or Yellow Belt training courses. For our Green Belt programme, some exposure to project management as well as the Lean methodology is helpful, but is not essential. Our Black Belt course is best suited to those with prior Green Belt certification or equivalent experience, and is an overall more advanced course. If you are unsure about what course best suits you, speak with our friendly team who would be more than happy to help.
