At CQM Training & Consultancy we pride ourselves on delivering world class training to our clients and learners. We work tirelessly in partnership with our clients to understand their requirements and drive consistent organisational improvements through effective training courses and apprenticeship programmes to empower their staff. So, we really do think of our clients as our partners, with common aims and objectives in which to achieve, together.
We constantly measure and actively seek feedback throughout the year, but we also ask our partners to complete an annual satisfaction survey at the end of each calendar year. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who completed the 2021 partner survey, and you can find the results of this survey below.
Our team always work hard, going above and beyond, to ensure that our partners consistently achieve the results they want and need, so it is always great to read what they’re saying and think about us. In the Partner Survey Results Summary 2021, not only will you see the statical analysis of the questions that were asked of our partners but the unedited qualitative feedback they provided, along with Executive Summary from our Managing Director, Andy Cheshire.
Over the coming year we plan to build on these fantastic results and feedback, to continue to challenge our best practice, to increase the value we create for our partners.
