Is There a White Belt Exam?
Yes, there is a White Belt exam which is included in the course. The exam is multiple-choice.
Are There Any Prerequisites for the White Belt Course?
As this is an introductory course, delegates do not need to have studied Lean Six Sigma methodology previously. However, delegates may find it useful to have some awareness of Lean and Six Sigma principles which could have been gained through a Lean Awareness course.
