Improvement Leader Level 6 – Delivering an Open Apprenticeship Cohort
Following significant demand, CQM Training & Consultancy Ltd are hosting a FREE half day event, to provide both employers and candidates with a thorough understanding of how we would deliver an ‘Open Cohort’ of the new Level 6 Improvement Leader apprenticeship standard.
The event will be held on Thursday 6th February 2020 and CQM T&C have been invited to host at the Network Rail offices, Manchester Square One, 4 Travis Street, Manchester, M1 2NY
Why you should attend
We will cover in detail ‘What’ is covered in the Improvement Leader standard, which is commonly recognised as being the equivalent to a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
This opportunity will enable you to understand ‘Who’ your team members will be studying alongside. From a diverse cross-sector of businesses, including SMEs to larger international organisations, meet the people who are challenged with becoming the future Improvement Specialists within their companies.
We will demonstrate ‘How’ our expert trainers will deliver the apprenticeship as an Open Cohort, looking at how frequently the group will get together, and how individual coaching will take place to optimise personal support through to EPA.
We will discuss ‘Why’ an Open Cohort approach is being offered and the significant benefits this offers to all those involved.
Finally, the critical questions of ‘When’ and ‘Where’ will be answered with a detailed look at our comprehensive scheme of work.
This event welcomes people across all sectors of industry from Service to Manufacturing, offering a great opportunity to talk to contemporaries about their approach, and considerations, to the new CI Standards, and how they are incorporating them into their own workforce development programmes.
Please note this is a 9.30am arrival for a 9.45am start. The site is right next to Manchester Piccadilly station, and there is limited parking at the Network Rail site, however there is car parking at the train station.
“I thought the event was good; good information was provided about the offering, how you would deliver and the main areas that we need to know as an employer. The activities were good to show what the standards are about”.
“I found it to be a really informative, relaxed and enjoyable session and we got out of it everything we were hoping to”.
“I found it very professionally done, extremely useful in understanding how the new CI Standards work and enjoyed chatting to other clients and learning how they are using their Levy”.
