Why you should attend

We will cover in detail ‘What’ is covered in the Improvement Leader standard, which is commonly recognised as being the equivalent to a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

This opportunity will enable you to understand ‘Who’ your team members will be studying alongside. From a diverse cross-sector of businesses, including SMEs to larger international organisations, meet the people who are challenged with becoming the future Improvement Specialists within their companies.

We will demonstrate ‘How’ our expert trainers will deliver the apprenticeship as an Open Cohort, looking at how frequently the group will get together, and how individual coaching will take place to optimise personal support through to EPA.

We will discuss ‘Why’ an Open Cohort approach is being offered and the significant benefits this offers to all those involved.

Finally, the critical questions of When’ and Where’ will be answered with a detailed look at our comprehensive scheme of work.

This event welcomes people across all sectors of industry from Service to Manufacturing, offering a great opportunity to talk to contemporaries about their approach, and considerations, to the new CI Standards, and how they are incorporating them into their own workforce development programmes.

Please note this is a 9.30am arrival for a 9.45am start. The site is right next to Manchester Piccadilly station, and there is limited parking at the Network Rail site, however there is car parking at the train station.

“I thought the event was good; good information was provided about the offering, how you would deliver and the main areas that we need to know as an employer. The activities were good to show what the standards are about”.
