We’ll explore how we support both learners and their organisations through structured training, workplace application, and one-to-one coaching.

This session is ideal for key stakeholders and decision-makers involved in workforce development and operational performance, including those in HR, L&D, Organisational Development, Talent, and People functions. It will also benefit CI leaders, operational managers, and potential learners interested in advancing their improvement capability at a strategic level.

Why you should attend

This event is ideal for organisations seeking to build strategic improvement capability and drive transformational change. You’ll discover how the fully funded Improvement Specialist Level 5 apprenticeship equips experienced professionals with advanced Lean, Six Sigma, coaching, and change leadership skills.

Whether you’re responsible for developing talent, leading CI initiatives, or considering the programme for yourself or your team, this session will provide valuable insight into how the programme works, what it delivers, and how we support both learners and employers from day one. It’s your opportunity to ask questions, explore the business impact, and see how our expert-led approach translates into measurable improvement outcomes.

“Participating in the L5 Improvement Specialist apprenticeship with CQM has benefited me in a number of ways. Firstly it has given me the opportunity to broaden my network of contacts and industry knowledge beyond the boundaries of Travis Perkins. It has also forced me to move outside of my comfort zone e.g. being a coach to other trainees when I don’t necessarily feel like an expert myself….yet!

I think the programme has brought structure to my ways of working, given me tools to use in my daily working life and has reinforced the importance of data and facts. The application of these tools will enable the resolution of a problem that has been unsuccessfully attempted in the past, driving real business value.
