We’re delighted to share another fantastic success story as Diodes Incorporated celebrate the successes of their latest group to graduate our Authentic Leader Level 5 programme, co-developed with our sister company Springboard Consultancy. This programme has been built so that participants receive Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 5 certification on completion as well, which is a fantastic optional professional qualification.

Diodes have really embraced authentic leadership with both level 3 and level 5 programmes and it is brilliant to see how they have supported their future leaders not only with this programme but with the resources, tools, and structure they’ve set up internally too. We’ve captured some great insights into how the participants have found the level 5 training, what this has meant for the organisation, along with some key stakeholder feedback too.
