The Authentic Leader Development Programme will provide you with the necessary knowledge and tools to better understand your personal and career aspirations and show how these can be combined to unlock peak performance.

Authentic Leader Intro Course Content
For the 2 Day Authentic Leader Introduction training programme you will cover three core modules to create a solid foundation and understanding of Authentic Leader fundamentals. The second day will be set two weeks from the first, to allow time to absorb the information from the first day and set about gathering feedback for the 360 questionnaire which will be analysed on the second day. The three core modules set across the two days have the following theme;
Day 1
A Fresh Look – understanding yourself, your beliefs and your values
Activate Authenticity – understanding emotional intelligence, your leadership style and how to empower teams
Day 2
Future Focus – assessment of personal impact, understanding personal and professional barriers, creation of personal development plan

Authentic Leader Intro Delivery
We provide two types of training delivery method; Live Online Instructor Led & On-site Bespoke.
Live Online Instructor Led
Our Live Online Instructor Led training allows learners to access training wherever they are in the world. The training is conducted virtually, with an expert delivery coach who brings the training to life. Being virtual can be less intrusive and more flexible for learners, but still with the same benefits of interactivity, peer learning and insights and networking opportunities.
This is most suitable for individuals or small groups of learners from a particular organisation.
On-site Bespoke
Our On-site Bespoke training can adopt virtual training allowing it to remain flexible, however it benefits most by being able to be tailored and relevant to a particular organisation and its needs. It also allows for greater in-depth discussions and explorations of certain topics that are meaningful to the organisation.
Whether on-site, virtual or a blend of the two, our training programme will speak to the requirements of both the organisation and the specific group of learners. Training Programmes can be combined too, creating a truly adaptable and bespoke business solution.
This is suitable for larger groups (usually four or more) of learners from a particular organisation, whether on the same site or across multiple different sites.
