In our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training delegates will cover an extensive range of topics across the Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control (DMAIC) phases which are integral to Lean Six Sigma methodology. Our bespoke Green Belt course can be delivered online, on-site or hybrid to give you added flexibility. Because every aspect of the course can be tailored to your organisation, it allows for greater in-depth discussions and explorations of meaningful topics.

Are There Any Prerequisites for the Green Belt Course?
To study our Green Belt course, delegates will need to have a good working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles. Ideally, individuals will have undertaken a Yellow Belt certification or at least a White Belt certification or Lean Awareness course.
Do I Need To Complete a Yellow Belt Certification Before My Green Belt Certification?
There’s no strict requirement to have a Yellow Belt Certification to take our Green Belt Course. However, if individuals are not Yellow Belt Certified, they will need to have a solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and a good working knowledge of the main principles.
