Once again, CQM Training & Consultancy Ltd are delighted to announce one of our long standing clients has reached the finals of the highly acclaimed and prestigious ‘Food Manufacture Excellence Awards 2016’.
Bradgate Bakery, part of the Samworth Group of companies, has been shortlisted for ‘Chilled Company of the Year’, Bradgate Bakery find themselves up against the likes of Davison Canners, Mash Direct, Quinfresh and SK Foods.
CQM would particularly like to congratulate Wojciech Kalinowski – Relief Team Leader, at Bradgate Bakery, who has been shortlisted for ‘Young talent of the Year’ following the successful completion of his Food Manufacturing Excellence Apprenticeship training with CQM Training & Consultancy Ltd and the implementation of several particularly successful improvement projects.
Woj’s dedication and commitment to generating awareness of potential career opportunities within the food and drink industry has been commendable. Woj has been actively visiting and speaking with school leavers and those youngsters choosing their GCSE options to discuss with first-hand experience, the often overlooked opportunities that exist within our dynamic industry.

For the third year running, the FMEAs will feature the Young Talent of the year award, designed to recognise the next generation of youngsters likely to make a big impact on the food and drink manufacturing industry of tomorrow.
The winners of this year’s Food Manufacture Excellence Awards will be announced during an evening hosted by TV’s Gethin Jones on 2nd November at the London Hilton.
